In the early excavation of the Ancient Greece, archaeologists found a statue later be known as the “Opportunity Statue”. This statue is a masterpiece in its appearance and there is a Tablet in its base to explain the position of the statue.
The language in the tablet is Greek and when the archaeologist decipher the meaning of that tablet, they found out this philosophy. These are the words written in the tablet:
1. What is your name?
= My name is opportunity.
2. Why does your face is covered with hair?
= For people not to recognize me at first glance.
3. Why does your head at the back turns bald?
= For people not to grab me when I already turn my back on them
4. Why are you in a tiptoe position?
= Because I am running in a bit of a second.
5. What is your name?
= My name is Opportunity.
In life, we meet a lot of opportunity. May this concept of the Sculptor warn us about the characteristic of opportunity.
1. May you have the Knowledge, Education and Experience for you to recognize an opportunity.
2. May you have the Courage to grab that opportunity before he turns his back on you.
3. May you have the Haste to grab as many opportunity as possible along the way.
